Not all campgrounds are equally dog-friendly. Most of them say they allow dogs but then the dog isn’t always allowed on trails or in the water. These are our favorite Northern California campgrounds that truly offer a dog-friendly camping experience. They are all trailer-friendly and can accommodate 24 foot rigs, some of them can even fit much larger trailers.
